Interlibrary Loan is how we get books and articles not owned by the Manhattanville College Library.

 

Interlibrary loan services are governed by our platform, ILLiad, and are available to all Manhattanville faculty, staff and current graduate and undergraduate students with a valid Manhattanville College ID. Click the icon below to access it.

Tips for Requesting Books & Articles

 

Book Requests

  • Before ordering a book through ILL, check the library catalog. If the book is "at other libraries worldwide", it can be requested through ILLiad.
  • If a book is "available" in QuickSearch+ but not on the shelf, ask us to search for the book. If the book is still missing after our search, we can place an ILL request for you.

Article Requests

  • Before ordering an article through ILL, first look up the periodical title in our Journals list to verify that the article is not available full-text in one of our subscription databases or in print.
