Welcome to the first floor of the Library! This is the campus entrance level, where you will always find a student assistant at the Service Desk ready to help. The first floor offers multiple study areas, along with the Andrew Bodenrader Center for Academic Writing and Composition and the Center for Student Accessibility.

When you walk in the front door, turn left past the circulation desk and go through the open doorway. Turn right, and you will see the Writing Center. |

When you enter the front door, you are in the Lobby facing the Service Desk. A student worker sits on the right, and a librarian sits on the left. PC and Mac computers and printers are on the left towards the elevator. The Service Desk runs on this schedule. |

When you enter the front door, turn right and go through the double doors. Walk through the Lounge, and the Quiet Study Room will be on your left. |

When you enter the front door, continue walking straight toward the double doors. When you enter the stacks, walk straight, around the staircase, to the back wall. Study carrels run along that wall on each of the six tiers. |

When you enter the front door, turn left. Walk through the archway and turn left at the printer. The conference room (LIB-117) will be directly in front of you. Notice: The conference room can be reserved for classes. Always double check the schedule on the wall to the left of the door before entering. |
