Support: Office of Instructional Technology

Contact the Manhattanville Help Desk when;

  • Technology is not working as expected, e.g. files not uploading, login not working, materials not displaying, etc.
  • You wish to merge two sections of a course
  • There are problems with the in-class technology, computers, interactive whiteboards, projectors, etc.
  • You need help with creating them for a class, enrolling students, etc.
  • There is an issue outside regular business hours

Administrative: Office of the Registrar

Contact the Office of the Registrar for administrative questions or issues about your Brightspace sites, such as;

  • Students or faculty not appearing as expected
  • Adding students, mentors, supplemental instructors, etc. to a site
  • Changing roles for yourself or a student in a site
